Stretching myself

Hesitation…overthinking are relative to procrastination. When I hesitate, I overthink and end up not doing what I need to.

I am learning to go with my gut more often. Then again I need to pace myself…cos sometimes my gut feeling is wait, savour the moment, breathe.

Practising yoga is definitely stretching possibilities, giving me time to let go and just be, trust myself a little more,
