Sometimes (mostimes) just sitting still for a few minutes is all we need to reboot ourselves. I don’t sit still as often as I should…(working on it). The ability to just be…and relax is so beneficial. Right now, I’m in the print studio waiting for the haze remover to do its work (remove all the gunk from my screen). It needs to remain on screen for at least one hour…I’ve been sitting still for 15 minutes (before I started blogging of course) but just sitting in one place, relaxed is beginning to refuel me.
I’m not listening to music or sketching…just chilling. Blogging is relaxing so does not count as hyperactivity.
