The more I blog…the more I like this heart on my sleeve scenario. It is so ‘unhindering, decluttering, ‘I think I can fly-ing’. Never known anything like it…long term. Every time I feel I’m going to feel worse for saying it as it is but I actually feel better. I just don’t get it but I love it. Who knew (that being so frank) would pan out for me? I certainly did not. Experimentation is key…(don’t kick it, till you try it).

Spontaneity is the watchword that informs my art practice. My artwork celebrates the energy of abstract expressionism. 'why not?' underlines my creative process. Forget the box! Its obsolete...it's all about whatever shape you want to throw on that dance floor! The process drives my practice!! For me, work well done is work I have thoroughly enjoyed making...work that has made me think, sweat, cry, scream and come back for more!!!
