‘Working in a studio’ informs my practice. There is definitely something about working in a creative environment….I should talk…but really, it’s only beginning to manifest in my work that the studio is the best place (for me) to work efficiently. (Bet I sound like a manifesto eh?). Its just one of those things I in particular have been slow to grasp! I am by nature a bit of a ‘creative’ loner; if left to my own devises I enjoy working in isolation. But with my recent work and bubbling over ideas, I’m beginning to realise that working within close proximity of other creative people is an asset to productivity!! Now rant/lecture over, I’m looking forward to studio tomorrow!!
