Gratitude

What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

Every morning I meditate. This quiet contemplation really sets up my day…grounds me….allows me to focus on being thankful. I started early morning meditation years ago…probably just over twelve years ago when I came across a house guest of ours in meditation. I was curious.

Spending a few minutes in the morning in quietude has really helped me. My days are no longer frazzled….I am proactive…..and mindful of my thoughts.
