What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Without a doubt (for me anyway)….hands down….dancing is the most fun way to exercise. Nothing beats it….the adrenaline…the stomping…the music….what’s not to like?

Dancing is my go to…all day any day.

I remember way back when thinking Mr Motivator was the bee’s knees!
