More-ish food….

What are your favorite types of foods?

I’m all about seafood, poultry and fruits….if I had to….I could forego poultry….I absolutely love seafood and fruits….ha! I so wish….

Fruits are cleansing….fish is light on my tummy. Poultry as more-ish as it can be….the way I eat chicken is simply overkill….I eat so much, it gets me bloated. I gorge on cakes and sweets…..

I am able to eat seafood and fruits in moderation….I get sick of both really quick. I literally have to remind myself to eat fruits. The smell of fish is far worse than the taste….

So for my own wellbeing my favourite foods are ideally seafood and fruits.

I love chocolate, sweets, cake and chicken but I need to attempt healthier eating….

So maybe one day I’ll try giving up desserts and chicken for a week and see what happens…..
