If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?

I would stop saying “oh my days”…. and “ha”. But most especially “oh my days”…..first heard it ….I have no idea when…..before I know it…it just keeps popping out my mouth.

My dad hated slang…..slang was basically banned ….I cannot remember using slang ever when speaking to my parents as a child.

Now as an adult slang just rolls off my tongue and ‘oh my days’ is the worst offender. Oh my days this and oh my days that…I’m like….stop already but can’t seem to stop myself.

You know when you have a slang word or phrase you wish you never heard….yep oh my days is it.
