What TV shows did you watch as a kid?

Captain Scarlet!….actually it was a toss up between Captain Scarlet and Scooby Doo. I loved Scooby Doo…but I was fascinated by Captain Scarlet. Oh my gosh….Big Bird, the Cookie Monster, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy!!! Sesame Street! I loved the singalongs and I absolutely adored the Cookie Monster.

Still…..I was all about Captain Scarlet…..I don’t know if it was the jerky animations….I was glued to Captain Scarlet. Danger Mouse!

I’m beginning to see a theme here….little wonder I love action/ detective movies.

(Archie’s here….dudududundun…Reggie’s here…Veronica too….) Jughead was hilarious….

But….nostalgia is a thing! I think it was the missions Captain Scarlet went on that intrigued my childhood self. He was indestructible…..always coming out the rubble….come what may….(at least that’s how I remember it).

I suppose I found puppets intriguing….I could see the strings and I was fascinated.
