What motivates you?
I am ‘results driven’ but I absolutely adore the ‘process’ involved in getting results. I am most definitely a ‘problem solver’ and ‘why’ questions get me buzzing. I want to find an answer and I need to take the scenic route to find it because there is nothing as much fun as ‘the process’ … ‘the journey’ ….’the method’ or whatever you choose to call it.
I love ‘the unraveling of a question’. I love research….I love informed ‘trying out’ to see ‘what works’. I absolutely love learning…cos that answers so many ‘whys’.
I don’t do ‘stagnant’….by taking an answer at face value….no questions asked. I’ve got loads of questions and I’m going to ask them one way or another.
I love doing stuff….not detrimental stuff…making, fixing, repairing simply because it involves a process. So I’d say I am motivated by the process involved in getting a result or not getting it.
I love experimentation and whether or not it succeeds….the fun bit is ‘experimenting’. I obviously arm myself with tons of research which would determine whether or not I would experiment.
I’d say I’m ‘process driven’ and simply knowing I’m going to be doing something is enough motivation for me. The result is just the icing on the cake.
